Dr. Singh is currently Professor and Head, Department of Neurology, Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana, India. He is also Honorary Associate Professor at the Department of Clinical and Experimental Epilepsy at the UCL Institute of Neurology, Queen Square, London, UK. He is currently Secretary General, Indian Epilepsy Association. He chairs the Primary Care Task Force and sits on the Budget Committee, Education Council and Clinical Genetics Task Force of the the International League Against Epilepsy. He is currently on the Editorial Board of Epilepsy and Behavior and was previously on the Editorial Board of Epilepsia. His research interests include the provision of primary care for epilepsy in resource-limited settings and he has received substantial grants from the Wellcome Trust and Indian Council of Medical Research in this regard. His other research interests include the interface between epilepsy and migraine.
